Chestnut Point Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation whose members are both the seasonal and year-round residents of Chestnut Point Marina and Mobile Home Estates located in Cecil County, Maryland. Our park is beautifully located on the Northeast River.

Our goals are to preserve our park as it is and to form a co-op to purchase the park from its present owners.

During the upcoming months, we will be keeping in touch through email and this website. We'll monitor developments concerning the sale of our park and research how we can go "co-op" and buy the park ourselves.
